These Terms of Service govern your use of JobDocket, operated by Ryeley Clark ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or using JobDocket you agree to these terms in full. Please read them carefully before using the app.
1. About JobDocket
JobDocket is a job management and invoicing application designed for self-employed tradespeople. It allows users to document jobs, generate AI-powered summaries, scan receipts, build invoices and track profit and loss. The app is currently in a testing phase and features may change without notice.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use JobDocket. By creating an account you confirm that you are 18 or over and that the information you provide is accurate and complete.
3. Your Account
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. You must not share your login details with others. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us at the email below.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree to use JobDocket only for lawful purposes. You must not use the app to store false or misleading information, attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems, or use the app in any way that could harm other users or third parties. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these conditions.
5. Subscription and Payments
JobDocket currently operates on a free basis during its testing phase. When paid plans are introduced, pricing and billing terms will be communicated clearly before any charges are made. You will always have the opportunity to review and agree to payment terms before being charged. Subscriptions will be billed monthly and can be cancelled at any time. No refunds will be issued for partial months unless required by law.
6. AI Generated Content
JobDocket uses artificial intelligence to generate job summaries and extract data from receipts. While we aim for accuracy, AI generated content may not always be correct. You are responsible for reviewing all AI generated content before sending it to clients. We accept no liability for errors, omissions or inaccuracies in AI generated output.
7. Your Data
You retain ownership of all data you upload to JobDocket including job information, photos, invoices and business details. We do not sell your data to third parties. You can export or request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us. Please see our Privacy Policy for full details of how we handle your data.
